Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase your items can be returned within 20 days of the order date (excluding shipping charges) for a full refund. Please note the following before returning your merchandise:
  • New books including custom titles must be returned unopened in their original packaging and in perfect condition for a full refund.
  • If you opened your packaging your book cannot be resold as new. Please use our customer service form, we may be able to buyback your book.
  • In general, returned items must be in the condition of original shipment. Books including custom titles that contain software, CD-ROM's, DVD's and pass keys cannot be be returned if opened.
  • Used books are returnable within the 20 day period.
  • Art supplies and sewing supplies can be returned within 20 days if they are unopened and/or in their original packaging. Damaged or defective items will be exchanged for the same item/s.
Items purchased from our My Books & More affiliate must be returned following their instructions.

Print and fill out the following PDF return form before shipment. Pack your items carefully so they are not damaged in transit.

Return credit will be applied to your credit card used for purchase within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
